Yes, we have full public liability insurance and hold a five star food hygiene rating from Haringey Council at both of our premises.

All of our products are prepared and produced in our small kitchens where we handle all of the main allergens including wheat flour (gluten), eggs, milk and tree nuts. We offer some plant-based items and some products which do not contain gluten in the recipe.

Viennoiserie is particularly fragile, especially filled and topped pastries which deteriorate rapidly and are best consumed on the day of delivery. Twice-bakes and pastries without fillings are in optimum condition on the day of delivery, but can be warmed in a medium oven and enjoyed the next day. Please serve cakes at room temperature.
