Astrid Bakery is an artisan bakery based in Muswell Hill, North London. We specialise in handcrafted pastries, breads, cakes, and viennoiserie. Our bakery is open Thursday to Saturday from 8am and Sunday from 9am.

3. Products and Services
3.1 Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. As an artisan bakery producing small-batch items, certain products may sell out quickly or vary from day to day. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
3.2 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display products accurately on our website and in-store. However, slight variations in appearance, colour, and presentation may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.
3.3 Celebration Cakes and Special Orders
Custom celebration cakes and special orders require advance notice. Specific terms including deposit requirements, cancellation policies, and collection arrangements will be communicated at the time of ordering.
4. Allergens and Dietary Information
IMPORTANT: Our bakery handles common allergens including but not limited to: eggs (E), gluten/wheat (G), dairy (D), and nuts (N). Cross-contamination may occur as products are prepared in a shared kitchen environment.
While we display allergen information for our products, customers with severe allergies or specific dietary requirements should contact us directly before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check allergen information and inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before purchasing.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Prices
All prices displayed are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, though orders already confirmed will be honoured at the original price.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment by cash and major credit/debit cards in-store. Online orders are processed through our secure payment system.
6. Orders and Delivery
6.1 Online Orders
When placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from us.
6.2 Collection
Orders for collection must be picked up at the specified time from our bakery premises. Please bring your order confirmation when collecting. Uncollected orders may be resold after the collection window has passed, and no refund will be provided.
6.3 Delivery (Breakfast Boxes)
Where delivery services are available, delivery areas and charges will be specified at checkout. We aim to deliver within the specified timeframe but cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Risk passes to you upon delivery.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 Cancellation by Customer
Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations may not always be possible once an order has been prepared. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
7.2 Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with a product due to a genuine quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase or collection with photographic evidence. We will assess each complaint individually and may offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds are not available for change of mind or personal taste preferences.
